Couples Gyro Making Class

Join us in the kitchen for a fun, hands-on evening learning to make classic Greek gyros. Each couple prepares their own loaf pan of gyro meat to take home and enjoys freshly made gyros together with traditional toppings. The class includes saganaki (flaming cheese with baguette) and Portakalopita, an orange cake made with phyllo dough.
