Couples Gyro Making Class

Join us in the kitchen for a fun, hands-on evening where adult couples learn how to make classic Greek gyros. Each couple prepares their own loaf pan of gyro meat to take home and enjoys freshly made gyros with traditional toppings. The evening includes tasting saganaki (flaming cheese) and preparing Portakalopita, an orange cake from Crete made with phyllo dough.
